The Trinidad and Tobago Heart Foundation in association with the Optician's Association of Trinidad and Tobago and the Rotary Club of Penal is hosting its annual South Heart Walk and Health Fair 2011 on Saturday 11th June 2011 at 3:00pm at the Palmiste National Park, Palmiste.

This year our Event includes a 5km Walk around Palmiste Park. The objective of this entire event is to sensitize the public to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the maintenance of fitness and a healthy heart. In addition, our Health Fair attracts thousands of participants who enjoy free blood sugar and cholesterol testing as well as free pharmaceutical products and samples from the various firms and sponsors who display their products and services.

All proceeds of our Event go towards the Trinidad and Tobago Heart Foundation in association with the Optician's Association of Trinidad and Tobago and the Rotary Club of Penal and its charitable efforts.
