Launch of the Go Red For Women ZumbaLime!


The Trinidad and Tobago Heart Foundation launched its first ZumbaLime for the year on Friday 7th April 2017. This event is part of the TTHF’s Go Red for Women Campaign and Community Outreach Program to empower women to take charge of their Heart Health. It challenges women to know their risk for Heart Disease and act to reduce their personal risk. As such the ZumbaLime is geared towards getting women to become more active and engage in proper exercise to promote heart health as well as providing heart healthy information to elevate awareness.
